    Great product

    Great product. The delay of shipping was a bit long, I don’t recall being advised that it would take so long, I would have planned before. Customer service was very reactive and pro active on my demand. I asked to add a birthday note, but my client didn’t get it with the package. Apparently it was on the outside but he did not see it and didn’t know from who it was coming from.
